Poster instructions (Download Poster instructions)

• Posters must be printed and brought to the conference. There is NO possibility to print posters on site.
• All authors agree to the publication of their abstracts in print (abstract brochure) and/or digitally.
• Poster stands and pins for attaching posters are available.
• The poster stands are best suited for A0 (portrait) format.
• You will receive your #poster number upon registration. Please attach your poster to the stand with the corresponding number.
• You are asked to be present in front of your poster during the poster session.
• The schedule for the poster session is not yet fixed. Presentation times will be communicated to you in the program announcements.
• Please remove your poster at the end of the conference. Posters left behind will NOT be retained.

If the submission form is not sufficient, you can send an email to giss@uni-giessen.de with the subject “send abstract”. You will then receive the upload information and can upload your abstract directly.
